Barricade is currently the only anarchist infoshop in Melbourne.
Loophole is a collectively run, autonomous community centre located at 670 High St. Thornbury. Loophole hosts various DIY projects, gigs, and a radical library. They are open Tuesday to Sunday, 10-6pm. Food Not Bombs is served from Loophole every Sunday from 6pm.
Two other anarchist infoshops are located in Sydney: Black Rose and Jura.
The MELBOURNE ANARCHIST CLUB manages a social centre for anarchists in Melbourne, the ‘Melbourne Anarchist Resource Centre’ (MARC). For more details, please visit the MAC site.
Anarres is an anarchist mail-order service also based in Melbourne, while Beating Hearts is an anarchist mail-order service formerly based in Brisbane, but now in Sydney.
